We greatly appreciate being included in the Highland Woods Wall Street game nights over the past few years! We have enjoyed visiting your beautiful homes and we are excited to host the next game night at our home on Fort Myers Beach on Monday February 2, 2026.
Due to the size of our group, we will host game night in the Party Porch on 2nd floor. Sunset is at 6:11. Let’s gather at 5:45pm for drinks, snacks and sunset. Games to follow. Hors d’oeuvres and candy will be provided. Please bring your favorite beverages and $10 in $1 bills each. The forecast for Monday February 2 looks to be clear and cool, with a high temperature of 56. Please note that the Party Porch is not heated, so dress accordingly.

As you enter the parking lot, turn to the left/south. Please park on the far south side.
Walk to the center elevator lobby and find the door security keypad.
Click on the Community Guest Pass from the text message sent to you and Tap the Blue button to Enter the Front Door.
Or just key in the your Entry Code (Pin) 35454 and press Enter.
Enter the elevator and proceed to Floor 2. As you exit the elevator, you will see the sign below. Turn left and enter the south door to the Party Porch.
There are no bathrooms in the Party Porch, but the pool bathrooms and the bathrooms in our unit 705 will be available. The pool bathrooms are across from the lobby door. Pull up on the handle at the top of the gate and then pull the gate towards you to enter the pool area.
We should have another beautiful sunset!
After sunset, we will provide tours of our newly remodeled condo, unit 705. Our contractor has a few small trim pieces to add and a big mirror. We are excited to show our home with you!
Shamron Derby Horse Race
Shamron Beach has a slightly different version of the horse race. Each of you will be given a sheet with the names of each of the 8 horses in each of the 6 races. Steve will be the bookie, taking money before the race and paying out the winners.
– You can bet $1 on each horse per race.
– You can only bet on up to 2 horses in a single race.
– You will be given a horse number ticket for each bet.
– Keep your horse number tickets for each race.
– Linda will shake and draw numbers to move the horse towards the finish line.
– Bring winning horse number tickets back to Steve.
– The pot for each race will be distributed between the winning tickets.
– Return losing horse number tickets to Steve after each race.
Other games could be played if time permits.
