Our first trip to the new camp on the same lake. Had to make some adjustments, but this will be our new home. Forest fires across Canada meant a fire ban to start the trip, but with all the rain we had, it was lifted by the end of our trip. It was an early spring, trees were full and flowers lined the lake. Found moose antlers – cool.

Mark, Ron and Peter Cunningham, Ron’s buddy Mark Jones was a welcomed addition. John Burkhartzmeyer made his second trip with us. With the regular group of Mark Wanous, Kendall Strawmatt, Jerome Spindler, Fred Bouwman and I, we had a solid group of guys.
